It is a long established fact that Apostle Leon Emerson loved the Lord and was a man after God’s own heart! He was commissioned to preach faith back into the hearts of God’s people and he exceeded the call! Well done they good and faithful servant.

OFFICIAL STATEMENT OF DEATH FOR APOSTLE LEON EMERSON April 21, 1953 - April 22, 2023

Denver, Colorado – April 23, 2023 – Now Faith Christian Center Church, and the Emerson Family, Denver, Colorado, today issued the following statement:

“It is with great sadness that we announce the transition of our Founder and Pastor, Apostle Leon Emerson on Saturday, April 22, 2023.  Please keep his daughters Charletta, Bianka, Caroline and Noel, the family and Now Faith Christian Center Church family lifted in prayer as we all process this sudden loss.

Thank you all for the outpouring of love that you have already shown. We are so appreciative and grateful for each of you!

Biography

In January 1983, in obedience to the charge of God and walking by faith, Pastors Leon and Yvonne Emerson started Now Faith Christian Center Church in the basement of their home in the Park Hill neighborhood in Denver, Colorado.
